I know that as a vendor you get more brickbats than bouquets, so I thought I would try to balance things out a little bit. In a conversation this morning with one of our board members, she mentioned how clean our Aurora Education Center school looks since BCI has been on the job.
We also have been comparing notes on the cleanliness of the corporate center at Randall Road and are please to see that cabinet tops, bookshelves, and plants are being dusted. This is the kind of feedback that will make Jack ' s life a lot easier .
I know that executing these contracts was a real task for both of us, but I am confident that if this level of service continues we may enjoy a long and mutually profitable relationship.

Lennel should be commended for his astute assistance for my clinic having water flooding on 2 occasions. 2 wks ago at midnight and again yesterday @10pm, he notified me at home for urgent water flooding. 2 wks ago we had a pipe burst thru the bathroom wall and he called 911(fireman), and myself. He stopped the entire clinic from being flooded by building a damn of towels before I could get there, and keeping the floor drains open clear from dropped ceiling tile debris.
Last night, he helped me over the phone as he placed large linen cans under 6 fallen ceiling tiles that were broken from a roof drain ice-jammed water leak.
I have never had a cleaner be so helpful. He should be commended highly!!!
