Proper Registration

Registrants must choose ONE type of registration and One Location of choice. Then click the REGISTER button at the bottom and follow further instructions. You will receive emails relevant to the registration information. If you change your email it is VITAL to change the email within the BCI portal. To change the email within the portal... log in (upper right) with your chosen user name and password and then click on your name in the upper right; make the adjustments and click update. If you forgot your log in information, please click the "forgot password" button and your password will be sent to your email. If you forgot your login, you're screwed and must start all over.
